HOW RENTAL FEES ARE DETERMINED
The leasing fee is a fixed monthly amount, depending on the fixed rental period, free from hidden costs, interest and exchange rate risks. The rental fee can be accounted for as an expense, and the VAT content can also be reclaimed. Its administration is fast and flexible, the monthly rental fee is a fixed amount, so it can be planned well. It can be used without any out-of-pocket costs, at favorable rates. Favorable, comprehensive insurance is included. The lease can be concluded for a term of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months, taking into account the period of use of the asset based on your needs.
THE MACHINE PRODUCES ITS OWN PRICE!
With a long-term lease, new equipment, used equipment and machines no older than 3 years can be purchased. The equipment purchased in this way can be put into production immediately, which thus generates its own rental fee, and thus its actual price.
HOW LONG SHOULD I SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT? OR HOW LONG SHOULD THE RENTAL PERIOD BE?
During the fixed-term lease, the ownership (right of disposal) belongs to the lessor, and the right of use and possession belongs to the lessee. The fixed-term lease should be adjusted to the life of the equipment and the monthly rental fee. The lease term can range from 24 to 60 months, depending on your decision.
BUT WHY IS IT GOOD FOR YOU?
Using a long-term lease does not limit the company’s bank financing (creditworthiness), but it is available very quickly and does not require collateral. This form of financing is useful for any company that does not want to withdraw money from production.
THERE IS ALSO A RENTAL-BACK POSSIBILITY!
It is also possible for our company to purchase the already purchased asset in a lump sum and then lease it back to the original owner as a lessee.
CO CRITERIA
“KO criteria” (if met, we cannot even start the creditworthiness check):
– negative equity,
– ongoing (or several closed) enforcement procedures,
– Revenue below HUF 5 million
– Business history of less than 2 years.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION
A data protection declaration (GDPR) is required in all cases, for which we will send you the form.
Documents required for checking the creditworthiness of Ltd., Bt., Zrt.:
– general ledger extract (in this case, the 2024 general ledger),
– copy of both sides of your ID card and address card
– signature copy
– partnership agreement
In the case of a sole proprietor:
– copy of the entrepreneur’s certificate (or decision),
– copy of both sides of your ID card and address card,
– tax returns for the last two financial years,
– providing a bank account number.
In case of a local government applicant:
– budget report for the two closed years preceding the current year (or download link for this),
– copies of the identity card and address card of the person(s) authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality/Office,
– completed and signed data sheet.
