Short description
Single-arm mobile smoke extraction unit
The device is specifically designed to filter industrial welding fumes and light particles. During welding or other metal processing, many toxic and harmful fumes and dusts are generated. This device collects, filters and purifies the fumes generated, thus ensuring the proper quality of the working environment and preventing the operator from inhaling harmful fumes. The extractor also purifies the medium containing rare metals and precious metals. The advantages of the portable extractor include compact structure, easy mobility, simple operation, high purification efficiency and low noise level. It is widely used in manual arc welding, wire electrode gas shielded arc welding, flame and other thermal cutting and special welding processes.
The automatic cleaning system uses compressed air to blow away dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter element. The automatic controller continuously measures the vacuum on the suction side and, if the vacuum drops below the set limit, cleans the filter by blowing it repeatedly. If the correct vacuum is not restored even after blowing it repeatedly, the machine will give an audible and visual signal and stop. In this case, the filter element must be removed and cleaned manually, or the filter element must be replaced.
The main components of the equipment are: universal flexible suction arm (with air flow control valve), spark arrester unit, high-efficiency dust and fume filter cartridge, dust collection tray, fan, housing, electronic control system, etc.
