SYRIUS-TECH Zrt. monitors the fate of the equipment even after its purchase.
Our brand service not only undertakes the maintenance and repair of the types we sell, both under warranty and beyond, but also the professional and quick repair of any other brand of welding machine or plasma cutter, whether traditional or inverter.
Our highly trained technicians will repair at the component level instead of replacing the panel whenever possible, to keep your repair costs as low as possible .
We will send a courier for the faulty machines, or you can deliver them to us either in person or by post. After the device arrives, we will immediately inspect it – we will provide a quote for the repair or the necessary replacement parts.
If required, we will also arrange return shipping, free of charge of course in the case of warranty repairs.
COMPLEX, RELIABLE SERVICE SERVICES
Of course, devices can only deliver the required performance if they are in proper technical condition. This requires regular maintenance and servicing .
Our technicians undertake on-site maintenance of welding and cutting equipment throughout the country , regardless of brand. During this, we dust and clean the machines, and check the condition of the parts, accessories and electrical wiring that wear out during normal operation, and replace them if necessary .
In the event of a service request, we will diagnose, repair or replace the equipment on site if possible, otherwise we will repair the equipment in our Miskolc service center, regardless of the make.
Our service center has 18 years of experience and excellent technical equipment to ensure the most professional repair service. After fault diagnosis and payment of the inspection fee, we always provide a price quote for the devices to be serviced, detailed upon request, also in writing.

The inspection fee includes the preparation of a preliminary price quote for the machine to be repaired.
The paid inspection includes a maximum of 1 working hour if the fault detection takes more working hours than this.

The inspection fee does not include any repair or shipping costs.
After paying the inspection fee, the fault finding process begins.
If you request a repair of the machine:
– we will notify you by phone when the machine is ready.
– and if you do not take the machine away for 60 days after notification, we will sell the equipment.
If a machine does not request repair:
– the machine is returned to the customer in a disassembled state free of charge, but upon request, the

– if the repair is uneconomical, we will issue a scrapping proposal at the customer’s request 500 HUF
in exchange for reimbursement of expenses.

If you request a repair of the machine:
- We will notify you by phone when the machine is ready.
- and if you do not take the machine away for 60 days after notification, we will sell the equipment.
If a machine does not request repair:
- then we will return the machine to the customer in a disassembled state free of charge, but upon request we will assemble the machine, for which we will charge 50% of the labor fee
- Because the repair is uneconomical, at the customer’s request we issue a scrapping proposal for a fee of 500 HUF.
