Short description

This welding positioner is mainly used for welding and assembly. It makes the workpiece into a suitable position for welding or assembly by tilting and rotating the work table, which is one of the necessary equipment in a company for manufacturing. During the production, it can improve the welding quality, reduce the workpiece movement time and labor, which is one of the best ways to improve work efficiency. This equipment has advanced structure, easy operation and convenient operation, and improves welding, which is an ideal tool for improving welding quality.

MAIN FEATURES.
The components of the welding positioner are mainly composed of a frame, a worktable, a rotary transmission mechanism, a tilting transmission mechanism, a guiding device and an electrical control system, etc.
1. The frame is a welded structure made of steel and steel plate. There are bearing blocks built on both sides of the wall panel. The frame is a fully welded structure, so it is strong and rigid enough.
2. The workbench is a welded steel plate structure. The table part is specially designed to strengthen the rigidity. The workbench has multiple grooves in the same center, which can be used for more accurate orientation. There is a T-slot on the workbench for fixing the workpiece. It uses a T-bolt and an auxiliary plate to fix the workpiece.
3. Rotating the worktable: The worktable is directly located on the rotary bearing or output shaft of the reducer. And it can rotate its plane infinitely. The rotary bed is made of welded flat steel and box structure. And it includes the rotary bearing; conductive device on the side of the table; semicircular wheel drive on both sides; rotary reducer and motor at the back. The process of rotating the worktables: motor -> reducer> joint bearings-> worktable rotation. The worktable rotation uses VFD to meet different rotation speeds. The power supply has the characteristics of frequency conversion motor and worm gear reducer with self-locking, which provides protection. If the slope of the worktable and the eccentric load are less than the specified scope, the worktable will not rotate, it will be disabled.
