Short description
Our MD series stand-mounted spot welding machine is a medium-frequency inverter DC device.
Machine body structure: a stiffened structure makes the machine body light, with adequate rigidity. The air cylinder, solenoid valve, power transmission unit and upper electrode are installed on the upper console of the machine body. The lower console is equipped with the lower electrode, the height of the lower arm is adjustable, and it is supported by the support rod. The machine can be fixed to the ground through the holes on the base plate at the bottom of the machine body.
Power Unit: The inverter is the main power drive part of the machine. The three-phase, 50/60 Hz 400 V AC input is converted into high voltage DC by the power supply, which is connected to a capacitor for filtering. The inverter then generates a 1KHz square wave AC voltage of the appropriate level according to the control setting. For PWM control, the output is fed back to the control to achieve current control. This process produces a low voltage output for welding.
Welding transformer and rectifier unit: The sensors are in the secondary circuit for measuring the current. The transformer at the primary level, the rectifier block at the secondary level, is equipped with a temperature sensor. All coils and rectifier elements are water-cooled. The operating frequency is 1kHz, which greatly reduces the size and weight of the power section, and thus the total weight of the machine.
Electrode pressure control unit structure: pneumatic cylinder, cylinder mounting bracket, which connects the cylinder and the linear guide. The linear guide is a heat-treated Swedish hard chrome shaft, which is highly wear-resistant.
Compressed air system: the movement of the welding electrode and the welding pressure are achieved by compressed air. MD series medium frequency inverter spot welder is built with high-quality pneumatic components, including pressure reducing reducers with water filter, electromagnetic valves and flow limiting valves, etc.
Cooling water system: the cooling water passes through the welding transformer, secondary rectifiers, the inverter, the upper and lower electrode arms, and the upper and lower electrode holders and electrodes.
Control unit: We build our JTF-MF112 welding controller, which can be installed on an ordinary AC resistance welding machine: it has the functions of setting welding parameters, storing programs and a digital display. The control box is microprocessor controlled and can store welding parameters in 16 memory locations. With the advantages of more positive automatic power factor, transformer overheating protection, voltage fluctuation compensation and other advantages, it is convenient for operators to use. The actual welding current can be displayed on the display for quality control
